How Does TTPost Delivery Work?

    1. Place your order. Your total would include the $30 TTPost Delivery Fee.
    2. Pay the total through online banking or by making a bank deposit. The TTPost courier does not accept cash on delivery.
    3. After we receive your full payment, we drop your package off to our nearest TTPost office who then processes your package and assigns it to a TTPost courier.
    4. Delivery typically takes 2 - 7 business days. Please note that after we've dropped your package off to TTPost, we no longer have any control over the processing or delivery time of your package.

    I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I still order on the website?

    Definitely! 

    Our website is designed to accept your order and delivery information. While checking out, you have the option to choose to pay cash on delivery (except for TTPost Deliveries) or manually bank transfer.

    If my item doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?

    Yes.

    Exchanges should be done within 48 hours of receiving the item.

    Returns should be done within 24 hours of receiving the item.

    Can the courier meet me for a specific time?

    Unfortunately not. Our couriers operate on independent schedules. Deliveries are done within reasonable time frames (e.g. common work hours), but cannot be set for any specific time.

    Can you keep an item for me until I get paid in 2 weeks?

    No. We operate on a 'first-come, first-served' basis and do not hold or reserve any items without a deposit or payment towards the item.
