Exchange/Return Policy

We try our best to provide as much information as possible to make your ordering process seamless. Our items are thoroughly inspected and quality - checked before they're sent out to you. However, in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've arranged Exchange & Return Policies.

Exchanges:

• Must be done at our pickup location within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item must not show any signs of try-on or damage. 

• If you're unable to exchange at the pickup location, the exchange can be done through the courier. This would attract an additional delivery fee.

Returns/Refunds:

• Returns can be done within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

• You are expected to inspect the item upon receiving it. The item can be immediately sent back with the courier if you are unsatisfied. However, the delivery fee would still apply.

• Should the courier have to return to your location to facilitate the return, an additional delivery fee would be applied for his trip. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE POLICIES DO NOT APPLY TO INTIMATE & FREESIZE ITEMS (e.g. underwear, stockings, freesize coverups).
