Our Delivery Options:

1) TTPost Delivery throughout Trinidad & Tobago

• Fee: $30TT
• Payment Method: Bank Transfer/Deposit Only
• Delivery Time: 2 - 7 business days

 

2) Private Courier Delivery throughout most of Trinidad

• Fee: $40-$60TT depending on your location. Exact fees are displayed upon Checkout.
• Payment Method: Cash on Delivery or Online Bank Transfer
• Delivery Time: Orders placed by 6 p.m. would be delivered in 1-3 business days. Our Courier’s business days are from Mondays to Saturdays. Public Holidays are not included.
• Deliveries to Rio Claro and Mayaro are done on Saturdays only. Orders for these areas must be placed by 6 p.m. on the Friday before delivery.

3) Free Pickups in Barataria by appointment only.

• Payment Method: Cash or Online Bank Transfer (from Republic Bank or First Citizens Bank only).
• Location: 7th Avenue, Barataria. 1 minute away from the Eastern Main Road & Priority Bus Route. Exact location would be provided upon request.

We try our best to provide as much information as possible to make your ordering process seamless. Our items are thoroughly inspected and quality - checked before they're sent out to you. However, in the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase, here are our Exchange & Return Policies.

Exchanges:

• Must be done at our pickup location within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item must not show any signs of try-on or damage. 

• If you're unable to exchange at the pickup location, the exchange can be done through the courier. This would attract an additional delivery fee at your expense.

Returns/Refunds:

• Returns can be done within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

• You are expected to inspect the item upon receiving it. The item can be immediately sent back with the courier if you are unsatisfied. However, the delivery fee would still apply.

• Should the courier have to return to your location to facilitate the return, an additional delivery fee - at your expense - would be applied for his trip. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE POLICIES DO NOT APPLY TO INTIMATE & FREESIZE ITEMS (e.g. underwear, stockings, freesize coverups).
